Hex Bolts
Full thread (DIN 933) and partial thread (DIN 931) hex bolts in all Hastelloy grades. M6–M100. Heavy hex for ASME flange service. PMI-verified per lot.
Stud Bolts
ASME B16.5 fully threaded stud bolts for flanged pressure joints. Class 150–2500. Matched heavy hex nuts from same heat. Lengths up to 3,000mm. See dedicated Hastelloy B3 stud bolts page.
Hex Nuts
Standard (DIN 934) and heavy hex (ASME B18.2.2) nuts. Manufactured from the same certified heat as matching bolts for galvanic compatibility. Coupling nuts (DIN 6334) available.
Washers
Plain flat (DIN 125) and spring (DIN 127) washers in all grades. M5–M100. Complete joint documentation when washers, bolts, and nuts are ordered together from one heat. See our Hastelloy B3 washers page.
Socket Cap Screws
ISO 4762 socket head cap screws M3–M36 in Hastelloy C276, C22, and B3. For chemical plant instrumentation, enclosed equipment, and valve body bolting in aggressive process environments.
Threaded Rods
Fully threaded rods (DIN 975/976) in C276 and B3. M6–M100 up to 3,000mm. For reactor vessel hanger rods and process plant structural connections in HCl and mixed-acid environments.
